Bank Robbery in Ashley This Morning, Police Seeking Information ***UPDATE***
(Ashley, IN)-The Indiana State Police, Steuben County Sheriff Department and the Ashley Police Department are investigating a bank robbery that occurred this morning at approximately 8:30 a.m. at the Farmer's State Bank.
Investigators are saying that three armed men entered the bank and demanded cash. The men left the bank, with an undisclosed amount of money in a blue-colored Ford Explorer and were last seen heading north on County Road 400 W. That vehicle was found abandoned on West Fox Lake Road near County Road 175 S at approximately 11:40 a.m.
At this time, no further information is available. Investigators are asking anyone with any information, or if anyone sees the pictured suspect vehicle, to call the Indiana State Police, Steuben County Sheriff Department, Ashley Police Department or Crime Stoppers.
