Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department Special Victims Unit are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Portsmouth man. According to family members, 44 year-old Delfonzo “Del” McNeal was last seen on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at approximately 5:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of Cavalier Boulevard. Detectives are concerned for Mr. McNeal’s well being because he suffers from a condition that requires medication, which he left at home.

Delfonzo “Del” McNeal is a black male that stands approximately 6’2” tall and weighs between 230-235 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and has a surgery scar going down the center of his chest. He was last seen wearing a blue and black “Duke University” tank top, black t-shirt underneath tank top, black shorts, black compression socks and black sneakers.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Delfonzo “Del” McNeal is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP℠. Callers are never asked to give their name or required to testify in court. If a caller’s tip leads to an arrest, the recovery of drugs or stolen property they could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
