Flood Warning has been issued for Marshall County until 5am on Tue. More rain expected tonight will increase threat.

The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a Flood Warning which includes all of Marshall County.
Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain moving back over the area increasing additional flooding chances. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen this afternoon in some areas with an additional 1 to 2 inches likely through midnight.

Take necessary safety precautions.
Report flooded roads to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department or your local law enforcement agency.

Instructions:

Be especially cautious driving at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
If you live in an area that is prone to flooding, consider your emergency plan should you need to act quickly to avoid flood water dangers.
