The City of Troy has openings for Crew Leader and Maintenance Worker, Public Works Maintenance Dept. Applicants must be 18 years old, have a Class B CDL driver's license with airbrakes/tanker certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work 40 hours per week. Drug testing, background check and E-verify required prior to employment.
Crew Leader duties include, but are not limited to, supervising projects, answering questions from the public, ensuring the use of proper safety equipment and procedures. Crew Leaders must be a MoDNR DS3 license. A MoDNR Class C Water License is preferred. The non-exempt salary for this position is Grade 13, Steps 1-8 range ($16.48-$20.26) DOQ, with benefits.
Maintenance Worker duties include, but are not limited to, street maintenance, operating large equipment, and assisting with water and wastewater operations. The non-exempt salary for this position is Grade 11, Steps 1-13 range ($13.62-$19.41) DOQ, with benefits.
