.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.
THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHERN MICHIGAN THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE...PARTICULARLY ACROSS NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN. THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS...BUT A FEW TORNADOS AND LARGE HAIL ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. THE BEST TIMES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE AFTER 2 PM...THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO THE AREA ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE THROUGH DAYBREAK...AND MAY CONTINUE ACROSS MANY COASTAL AREAS OF LAKE MICHIGAN AND WHITEFISH BAY THROUGH THE MORNING.

ADDITIONAL SMALL CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE FOUND WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY. THESE STORMS WILL NOT BE SEVERE.
