**UPDATE** Traffic Impacted for Northbound Poleline and Cowell 
Northbound Poleline Rd. traffic will be impacted at Cowell Blvd. due to a vehicle losing its load. Crews are on-scene and beginning the clean-up process, which is estimated to take 4-5 hours. Traffic will most likely be impacted due to the lane restrictions. Motorists are urged to use an alternate route to minimize delays.
