Delaware County EMA has created a form for citizens and businesses to submit any damage they have sustained from the flood event starting on June 26, 2015. Share this form using your social media, etc.

Note: There is an option for "Infrastructure" damage under location type that County/City/MSD Employees as well as the public can use to log locations of street and other damage.
