Warning: Scammers are calling individuals in the service area claiming they are from the Canyon Police Department. Caller I.D. shows the phone number of 655-5005. This is the department phone number. The caller tells the victim that a warrant for their arrest is outstanding. Failure to pay will result in the police coming to their home or business and arresting them. This is a scam. HANG UP.
