* AT 11:17 AM EDT...RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SLOWLY EAST ALONG THE FRANKLIN AND RIPLEY COUNTY LINE. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT 1 TO LOCALLY 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 8 AM. UP TO ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 1 PM.
