Off duty deputies WILL NOT be used to accompany NEXUS pipeline survey crews as they visit landowners. 
We have been notified that representatives from the proposed NEXUS natural gas project will be in our area starting next week.
In some Ohio counties NEXUS has hired off duty deputies/officers to accompany them as they visit property owners. Please take note that our deputies WILL NOT be accompanying land surveyors doing work for its proposed pipeline project.
If you do not wish for NEXUS survey crews to be on your property simply ask them to leave. If they do not do so, contact our office.
