Update: Phone Co is aware and says it's a problem on their end. Several LE agencies are down. 
Frontier Phone Co has been contacted and are working on the problem. They say it is an issue on their end and that several Law Enforcement Agencies through the the area are out of service. As of now, Jackson Co Sheriffs Office will relay any calls for service in our County. Please call 740-286-6464. Radios are working and Officers will be able to respond. I will send any updates as they come in. SJ
