06/15/15 WTPD arrested Lacy Hartman, age 25, of Washington NJ, for obstruction of the administration of law and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/15/15 at approximately 3:08 PM, patrol responded to the Washington Motel in the 400 block of Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township to serve Ms. Hartman with a court order. Upon patrols arrival, contact was made with Ms. Hartman, who was with a man needing medical assistance. While the officer was rendering medical assistance, Ms. Hartman indicated that she was someone else and left the scene. Ms. Hartman was later arrested without incident, processed and released with a court date.

06/16/15 WTPD arrested Stefanee Biedenkapp, age 25, of Washington NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of Bergen County Sheriff’s Department and for an outstanding $300 warrant out of Washington Borough. On 06/16/15 at approximately 12:48 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the 20 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. A records check of those involved revealed the outstanding warrants for Ms. Biedenkapp. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

06/17/15 WTPD arrested Lacy Hartman, age 25, of Washington NJ, for a contempt of a Superior Court order. Ms. Hartman was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

06/18/15 WTPD arrested David Vernacchio, age 62, of Washington NJ, for simple assault and harassment. Mr. Vernacchio was processed and released with a court date.

06/20/15 WTPD arrested Steven Snook Jr., age 21, of Washington NJ for a $289.00 outstanding warrant out of Hackettstown. On 06/20/15 at approximately 7:32 PM, patrol observed Mr. Snook, who was known to have an outstanding warrant, walking on W. Washington Ave and Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Snook, confirmed the active warrant and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and released with a new court date.

06/21/15 WTPD arrested Donald Murphy, age 49, of Lafayette NJ for a $81.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Murphy was processed and released with a new court date.

06/21/15 WTPD arrested Rachel Wall, age 24, of Washington NJ, for terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct. Ms. Wall was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $2500.00 bail.

06/21/15 WTPD arrested William Murphy, age 78, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/21/15 at approximately 10:29 AM, patrol was dispatched to Mozart Ave in Washington Township for a dispute. The investigation resulted in Mr. Murphy being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

06/23/15 WTPD arrested Robert Zimmerman, age 30, of Washington NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1193.00 out of Washington Borough. On 06/23/15 at approximately 3:47 PM, patrol observed Mr. Zimmerman, who was known to have outstanding warrants, on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Zimmerman, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. He was processed, posted bail and released with a new court date.

06/24/15 WTPD arrested Austin Evans, age 21, of Washington NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Evans was processed and released with a new court date.

06/24/15 WTPD arrested Brian Crawford, age 32, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of consumption of an alcoholic beverage in public. On 06/24/15 at approximately 10:16 PM, patrol was conducting business checks in the 300 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough when they encountered Mr. Crawford sitting in front of a closed business. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Crawford being charged with a local ordinance of consumption of an alcoholic beverage in public. He was processed and released with a court date.

06/25/15 WTPD arrested Anthony Mark Jr., age 30, of Hackettstown NJ for an $800.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Mark was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

06/25/15 WTPD arrested Darren Ader, age 19, of Oxford NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and for a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours. On 06/25/15 at approximately 10:52 PM, patrol was conducting property check of Meadow Breeze Park in Washington Township and located Mr. Ader. The officer’s investigation resulted in him being charged with a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours, possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of CDS (marijuana) in a motor vehicle. Mr. Ader was processed and released with a court date.

06/26/15 WTPD arrested George Wion, age 20, of Trenton NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Wion was processed and released with a new court date.

06/27/15 WTPD arrested Michael Reese, age 31, of Washington NJ, for a contempt of a Superior Court order. Mr. Reese was processed and released with a court date.

06/28/15 WTPD arrested Derrick Black, age 19, and Michael Sorrentino, age 19, both of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/28/15 at approximately 2:15 AM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of Carlton Ave in Washington Borough. Upon patrol’s arrival in the area they located Mr. Black, Mr. Sorrentino and two juvenile males playing basketball in the parking lot of St. Joseph’s Church. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Mr. Black and Mr. Sorrentino being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance, possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juveniles were released to their parents. Both Mr. Black and Mr. Sorrentino were processed and released with a court date.

06/28/15 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner 3rd, age 24, all of Mine Hill NJ, for disorderly conduct, harassment, a local ordinance of disorderly conduct. On 06/28/15 at approximately 5:10 PM, patrol was dispatched to the first block of Valley View Estates in Oxford Township for a disturbance. The investigation resulted in Mr. Gardner being charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, a local ordinance of disorderly conduct. A check of Mr. Gardner revealed that he had $2000.00 in outstanding warrants out of Mt. Olive Township and Dover. He was processed and turned over to Mt. Olive Township PD.
