Traffic Stop for Expired Registration Nets LSD and Synthetic Marijuana
Knox County – At approximately 12:35 this morning, Trooper Nick Hatfield stopped the driver of a 1995 Chevy Silverado at Hart Street and Felt King Road in Vincennes for having expired registration. Due to suspicious activity, a Vincennes City Police K-9 unit was summoned to the scene. The police K-9 later alerted to the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle. A search revealed a sandwich size bag full of synthetic marijuana, three smoking pipes, LSD and substances that resembled meth and bath salts. The driver, Tiffany Moyes, 22, of Vincennes, was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail where she is currently being held on bond. The investigation is continuing.

- Possession of Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor
- Possession of a Substance represented to be a Controlled Substance, Class B Misdemeanor
