Nature: Missing Person
On Thursday, July 9th at approximately 7:04 pm, 51yr old Allen Russell was reported missing from his residence in Howard City. Russell left his residence around 6:30 am on a green 10 speed Schwinn bicycle wearing black sweatpants, black tennis shoes, red baseball hat, blue/green fanny pack, blue shin guards with white tape on them and a green traffic vest. Russell is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is approximately 5’11” tall and is approximately 230lbs.
Russell usually travels the areas of Howard City, Morley, and Amble picking up pop bottles. According to his mother, Russell is slightly mentally impaired and is diabetic. It is not believed Russell has his insulin with him and he can get extremely disoriented when his blood sugar gets low. The last confirmed sighting of Russell was in Howard City on Thursday July 9th, 2015 around 10:30am however he may have been sighted today in the area of Kings Corners near Mecosta.
