Due to the unexpected strength of the storm, many of our low lying areas have become flooded. Please do not drive unless you must until the storm has passed by later this morning. High winds and driving rain are expected to continue for the next hour or two. Rain intensity may be strong enough to hinder visibilty while on the roadways.
