Please use caution when driving through the Putnam & Grand River intersection. We have had pedestrians complain that cars are not yielding to pedestrians when the pedestrians have a walk signal. The drivers are either turning right on a red light or turning left on a green light when the pedestrian has a walk signal. Our officers will be patrolling the area and enforcement will be taken.
