"UPDATE" Lane Blockage on I-65 SB South of the 178 MM 
Tippecanoe County-I-65 SB south of the 178 MM (that is just south of the SR 43 exit/178 MM) is blocked due to a semi /car crash. Both SB lanes are closed at this time. Request you seek alternate route of travel.
REPEATING-I-65 SB south of the 178 MM/exit is closed due to a semi/car crash.
"UPDATE" The left lane is now open. Traffic is moving at a very slow pace as cleanup continues. Proceed through the area with "CAUTION"!
The driver of the car has been transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Cleanup should take another hour or so All the information I have at this time.
