Traffic Alert 
The westbound traffic light at the intersection of 164 and 14 has malfunctioned and is not cycling. The red light will only cycle to green approximately every 15 minutes. TxDot has been notified and they have a technician en route. We have an officer directing traffic at the intersection until they arrive.
