BE ON THE LOOKOUT! Stolen City Vehicle/Welfare Concern - We have had one of our city vehicles stolen at approximately 1:30pm from the area of Unity Park in Highland Village. This vehicle was a Highland Village Public Works vehicle with our city logo and "Public Works" on the door of the vehicle. It is a 2005 Ford Expedition with license plate 884073. The individual driving the vehicle was described as a Hispanic male, naked and covered in tattoos. He may be in need of medical attention or intoxicated. If you see this vehicle, call 9-1-1 immediately and report the location of the vehicle to the operator and do not approach the vehicle or the operator.
