Jennifer Montalvan, light skin, black hair, brown eyes: 16 years old, Hispanic Female, 5'2", 120 Lbs, Date of Birth, 9/19/1998. She was wearing a blue polo shirt with BHS on the upper right side, and tan khaki pants. Jennifer does not have a cell phone. She has a history of emotional issues.
Last seen: Leaving Summer School at Belleville High School, 1030 a.m., on July 21, 2015.
Jennifer never returned home to 34 Smallwood Ave or another residence at 459 South 17th St., both in Newark, NJ.
