Earlier today, an advisory was put out in reference to two suspects being at large in the Mountain Drive and Covington Highway area.
Suspects abandoned a vehicle and fled into the wood-line behind the Avondale Pattillo United Methodist Church and around the water tower. Reports stated that the suspects were later observed around the tag office on Memorial Drive.
A short time later it was erroneously put out that the suspects were in custody.
A female subject was taken into custody, but the two male suspects are still at large.
The male suspects are still at large with one suspect having warrants by Dekalb County PD for Armed Robbery. Once again, the subjects are described as:
#1 - Black male, in his 20's, wearing a white T-shirt and khaki colored cargo shorts, and having gold colored dreadlocks.
#2 - Black male, dark gray T-shirt and blue jeans.
As earlier advised, if subjects are seen, call DeKalb 911 immediately.
