Former Warsaw Doctor Arrested for Child Exploitation and Sexual Misconduct with a Minor (Updated with Photo)
Rural Akron – Yesterday, a criminal investigation by Indiana State Police Detective Josh Rozzi resulted in the arrest of former Warsaw Doctor Mark Jensen, 62, 1923 East Timberline Circle South, Warsaw, IN. Deputies from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department served Jensen with a Fulton Superior Court arrest warrant alleging four felony charges for child exploitation and a single felony count for sexual misconduct with a minor. Jensen was transported to the Fulton County Jail where he posted a $40,000 bond.
Rozzi started an investigation after receiving information from the Fulton County Division of the Indiana Department of Child Services that an adult male had possibly performed a sex act with a then 14-year-old boy. The investigation revealed that in late November of 2012, Jensen allegedly committed a sex act on a 14-year-old Kosciusko County boy. Jensen also purportedly videotaped the 14-year-old while the teenager was nude. The acts allegedly occurred at a hunting cabin located on a property near 13700 East State Road 114, Akron, IN.
The ongoing investigation also revealed that in July of 2010, Jensen purportedly videotaped a 17-year-old Kosciusko County boy while the teen was nude. This allegedly occurred at the same hunting cabin in Akron, IN.
