BENTON, MISSOURI - Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter said a Morley man has been arrested and charged with sexual related crimes.
Terrial Tyler (41) Morley is charged with statutory sodomy in the 2nd degree and enticement of a child.
Walter said his office received a report that Terrial Tyler allegedly inappropriately touched a 14 year old female.
It was reported that the alleged incident took place around the end of May when the victim was spending the night with a friend. Tyler offered to give the victim a ride from the ball park. During the ride to the residence where the victim was spending the night, it’s alleged that Tyler inappropriately touched the victim. After the alleged incident, Tyler told the victim that he wouldn’t tell anybody if she didn’t.
Tyler was arrested Friday afternoon and remains in the Scott County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
