AGGRAVATED SEX OFFENDER RYAN LEE BLACK 1120 E. CHEROKEE 
The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Ryan Lee Black has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.
Ryan Black was convicted of Second Degree Rape on January 6, 2012 in Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma. His victim was under the age of 16. Ryan is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.
Ryan Black is a white male, Date of Birth September 17, 1992. He is 5’3”, 130 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes. He was just released from incarceration. He is currently residing at 1120 E. Cherokee, Enid, Oklahoma BUT WILL BE REQUIRED TO MOVE DUE TO THE LIVING RESTRICTIONS.
