Ripley County-Shortly after 9:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, the Indiana State Police, the Ripley County Sheriff’s Department, and the Sunman Police Department were notified of a missing person from a rural Sunman, Indiana address. This morning, at approximately 9:30 AM, the missing person, a 53 year old male, was located deceased a short distance from his residence. The manner and cause of death is unknown at this time. The family has been notified. The investigation is ongoing. More information will be released when available.
