Main St/US 224 downtown Ottawa will be opened until 2 pm today before being closed for Little Nashville this evening. 
Main St (US 224) is still open at this time. As of 2 pm today the Highway will be closed in the downtown area for "Little Nashville" Festival. Detours will be posted. Please use caution if driving in the downtown area this evening as there will be more people and children in town.
