BENTON, MISSOURI - Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter reports a Morley, Missouri woman arrested for Domestic Assault and Armed Criminal Action.

Rachel J. Sisco (30) of 429 Harding, Morley, Missouri has been charged with the Class C Felony of Domestic Assault in the Second Degree and the Felony of Armed Criminal Action.

Sheriff Walter states that on Monday, August 10, 2015 the Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic assault at 429 Harding Street, Morley. Deputies spoke with the victim who lives with Sisco. The victim stated Sisco started an argument with him and told him to leave the residence.

Sisco went to the kitchen and grabbed a knife; she began swinging the knife at the victim and cut his arm three times. Sisco tried to stab the victim, but he was able to push her away.

Relatives arrived at the residence and were able to get the knife away from Sisco.

Sisco was located and placed under arrest. She was transported to the Scott County jail where she was booked pending the filing of formal chargers by the Scott County Prosecuting Attorney.

Sisco remains in custody at the Scott County Jail. Bond was set by the court at $10,000.00 cash or surety and no contact with the victim.
