On August 13, 2015 at approximately 5:09 p.m., police officers from the Noblesville Police Department responded to a report of a robbery at the CVS Pharmacy located at 13085 Tegler Drive (Noblesville). Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and began to investigate.

Initial information from the caller alleges that a subject came into the store and presented a note to employees in the pharmacy. As a result, employees provided the suspect with items from the pharmacy and the suspect then reportedly fled the scene. Witnesses stated that they observed the suspect flee on foot towards a wooded area and then into the McDonald's located at 13255 Tegler Drive (Noblesville). Officers located the suspect in McDonald's and he was taken into custody without incident. He was later transported to the Hamilton County Jail and booked.

Officers and investigators were able to locate and recover a quantity of pills in the wooded area where the suspect was initially observed. The pills are believed to be a product of the robbery.

No employees or officers were injured as a result of the incident.
