Indiana State Troopers from the Bremen and Ft. Wayne Posts have joined forces in an effort to raise money for one of their own. A benefit golf outing and silent auction will take place at the Warren Golf Course at the University of Notre Dame on Monday, August 24, 2015.
All proceeds raised from the event will go directly toward the medical expenses of Abby Caswell. Abby is the wife of Bremen Post Trooper Dave Caswell.
Event organizers will continue to accept participant registration information through August 20. The cost is $60.00 per player and includes 18 holes of golf with a cart and a hog roast afterward. The payment is due the day of the outing.
Prizes will be awarded to the first place team, closest to the hole and longest drive. The silent auction will include items such as a Notre Dame football helmet and football.
