There is no fire in Covina or the surrounding areas however the effects of the Montebello Fire can be felt here. There is heavy smoke in the air and some ash from the fire. With temperatures over 100 degrees along with the impact on the air quality from the fire, we are encouraging everyone to limit outdoor activity and remind you to drink plenty of fresh water.

If you need to go out, please remember not to leave pets, children or the elderly in parked vehicles. It does not take long in these conditions for a medical emergency to occur.
