07/26/15 WTPD arrested Jeffrey Parker, age 50, of Stewartsville, NJ for theft. On 07/26/15 at approximately 11:02 AM, patrol was dispatched to the Quick-Chek, on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a reported shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Mr. Parker had taken merchandise from the store without paying. Mr. Parker was issued a summons with a mandatory court date.

07/28/15 WTPD arrested Carlos Delgado, age 45, of Bedminster NJ, for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/28/15 at approximately 5:24 PM, patrol was dispatched to Meadow Breeze Park in Washington Township for the report of a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Delgado was issued summonses for disorderly conduct and for a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

07/28/15 WTPD arrested Thomas Lee, age 47, of Phillipsburg NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. On 07/28/15 at approximately 1:5 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough, for a non-moving violation. The officer discovered that the driver, Mr. Lee was a (NCIC) wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. Mr. Lee was taken into custody without incident, processed and issued several motor vehicle summonses for an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, view obstruction, failure to exhibit documents and failure to change address. He was turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

07/29/15 WTPD arrested Cynthia Sandrue, age 49, of Oxford NJ, for simple assault and disorderly conduct. On 07/29/15 at approximately 2:35 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Oxford Heritage Manor in the 20 block of Pine St. in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Sandrue was arrested for disorderly conduct and simple assault. She was processed and released with a court date.

07/29/15 WTPD arrested William Pellechia, age 40, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. On 07/29/15 at approximately 12:41 AM, patrol observed Mr. Pellechia, who was known to have an outstanding warrant, walking on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Pellechia, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and released with a new court date.

07/31/15 WTPD arrested Rachel Wall, age 25, of Washington NJ, for simple assault. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

07/31/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Preziosi, age 50, of Bath Pa., for an outstanding $500.00 out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

08/01/15 WTPD arrested Jemmy Mora, age 33, and Jose Portillos, 22 age, both of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 08/01/15 at approximately 12:09 AM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the area of W. Washington Ave and Ramapo Way in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both Mr. Mora and Mr. Portillos were charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both men were processed and released with a court dates.

08/01/15 WTPD arrested Karen Ramirez, age 22, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/01/15 at approximately 12:12 AM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the area of W. Washington Ave and Ramapo Way in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation Ms. Ramirez was located and issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date.

08/01/15 WTPD arrested Heather McNally, age 22, and Joshua Fulper, age 22, both of Easton, Pa., for outstanding warrants. On 08/01/15 at approximately 12:09 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte 57 W. and Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township for an equipment violation. At that time the driver, Mr. Fulper was found to have outstanding warrants totaling $1708.00 out of Ocean Township and Phillipsburg. The passenger, Ms. McNally, was also found to have an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of Ocean Township. Both individuals were processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for maintenance of lamps and released with a new court date.

08/02/15 WTPD arrested Stephanie Drozd, age 34, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/02/15 at approximately 12:15 AM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the area of the first block of Elizabeth Ave in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Drozd was issued a summons for the local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date

08/02/15 WTPD arrested Ashley Freeman, age 24, of Washington NJ, for a $120.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 08/02/15 at approximately 11:46 AM, patrol observed an improperly parked motor vehicle on Jackson Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with the vehicle’s operator, Ms. Freeman, who had an outstanding warrant. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and issued a motor vehicle summons for improper parking. Ms. Freeman was released after posting bail.

08/05/1 WTPD arrested Michael Cedola, age 54, of Washington NJ, for contempt of court order. Mr. Cedola was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

08/06/15 WTPD arrested Holly Heffner-Kriss, age 41, of Washington NJ, for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Sayreville Borough. On 08/06/15 at approximately 6:38 PM, patrol responded to check the welfare of a female parked in the 100 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with the vehicle’s operator, Ms. Heffner-Kriss, who was found to have an outstanding warrant and suspended driver license. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and issued a motor vehicle summonses for driving while suspended and released after posting bail.

08/06/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Costantin, age 24, of High Bridge NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Costantin was processed and released with a court date.
08/07/15 WTPD arrested Monika Szabo, age 41, of Washington NJ, for simple assault. Ms. Szabo was processed and released after posting bail.

08/07/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Reiner, age 48, of Oxford NJ for shoplifting. On 08/03/15 at approximately 1:18 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Busy Bee, on Rte. 31 N. in Oxford Township for a reported shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Mr. Reiner had taken merchandise from the store without paying. Mr. Reiner was issued a summons with a mandatory court date.

08/07/15 WTPD arrested Jerry Betts, age 46, of Philadelphia Pa., for $1300.00 in outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough. Mr. Betts was processed and released with a new court date.

08/07/15 WTPD arrested Victor Marrero, age 40, of Tannersville Pa., for a $106.00 outstanding warrant out of Elizabeth NJ. On 08/07/15 at approximately 11:00 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte 31 N. in Washington Township. At that time, the driver, Mr. Marrero was found to have the outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a new court date.

08/09/15 WTPD arrested Mary Cowan, age 25, of Washington NJ, for simple assault. Ms. Cowan was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

08/07/15 WTPD arrested Jerry Betts, age 46, of Philadelphia Pa., for $1300.00 in outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough. Mr. Betts was processed and released with a new court date.

08/09/15 WTPD arrested Vivan Mendez, age 53, of Oxford NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of Lehigh and Northampton Counties in Pennsylvania. On 08/09/15 at approximately 2:06 PM, patrol was dispatched to Sykes Gap in Oxford Township for the report of a suspicious female. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation he found Ms. Mendez, to be a wanted person out of Pennsylvania. She also had $2189.00 in outstanding warrants out of Oxford Township, Pohatcong Township and Phillipsburg. She was taken into custody, processed, charged with being a fugitive from justice and lodged in the WC Jail without bail while awaiting extradition to Pa.

08/09/15 WTPD arrested Rebekah Wilcox, age 33, of Alpha NJ, for an outstanding $500.00 out of Washington Township. Ms. Wilcox was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

08/11/15 WTPD arrested Renaldo Gonzalez, age 55, of Andover NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Gonzalez was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

08/13/15 WTPD arrested Nelson Jackson, age 39, of Washington NJ and Trevor Heineline, age 25, of Saylorsburg Pa., for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/13/15 at approximately 2:06 AM, patrol was dispatched to s dispute at the Quick Chek on 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Mr. Jackson and Mr. Heineline being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Both men were processed and released with court dates.
