20 Graffiti Incidents in the last few days in Bensenville

I want to make you aware that there has been a lot of graffiti incidents (20 OF THEM LATELY) in the last few days. Since the locations vary, I am including everyone in the last few days.
What are we looking for?
A person or two walking or on a bicycle. Young under 20. Male or males. If you see a person or people between the hours of Midnight to about 3:30 AM call the police (DIAL 911) and tell them direction of travel.

August 17, 2015 at 8:13 AM: At 115 E Pine Ave., the complainant reported new graffiti which contained a “PC” and “16” on the building. The graffiti was photographed and reported to Public Works for removal. The case is under investigation. BV15008758
August 17, 2015 at 2:40 AM: At 252 E Pine Ave., the complainant reported new graffiti which contained a “P”, “E”, “$”, and “O” all across businesses on the south side of 252 Park St. The graffiti was photographed and reported to Public Works for removal. The case is under investigation. BV15008733

REWARD:
As per Village Code, 4-13-16E1(a), the village does hereby offer a reward of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to any person who does not have an affirmative duty, yet supplies information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person for violating this section. The reward shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) per incident. In the event of multiple contributors of information, the reward amount shall be divided by the village in the manner it shall deem appropriate. For purposes of this section, incurring nonjudicial sanctions from an official agency resulting from an admission of guilt in violation of this section shall constitute a "conviction".
