Hempstead Ave. Lane closures at Norwood Ave. 
There will be lane closures on Hempstead Ave in the vicinity of Norwood Ave.on 8/21/15 and 8/24/15. Due to water main replacement by American Water. Hempstead Ave. will remain open during the work but it is suggested that you plan on using alternate routes through the Village.
