There were three residential burglaries in Cold Spring yesterday 8/20/2015. The first occurred on Madonna Lane in the Madonna Subdivision around 1230hrs. The next two occurred on Ridgepointe in the Glenridge Subdivision at approximately 1300hrs. These two houses were next to each other. A victim from Ridgepointe left her residence and noticed a very nice white SUV in the neighborhood. It appeared the suspects watched her leave. Video from a Madonna residence shows a very nice white SUV back into the residence that was burglarized.
BOLO for a newer white Mercedes-Benz SUV. It backed into the driveway of one of the homes burglarized. At least two subjects were seen in the vehicle.
A nicely dressed male black (dark blue shirt & Khaki shorts) was seen knocking on the residents doors before the burglary.
