I would like to invite you and all the members of "The Detroit 300" to please join us this Friday, August 28, 2015, at our Seventh Precinct Community Meeting.
During our Health & Wellness session, between the hours of 6:00 pm-6:45 pm, we will conducting our 1st Community Walk & Bike Patrol, in designated areas within the precinct.
We will meet in front of Sacred Heart Recreation Center and go from there, if you have a bike, please bring it with you for a fun ride.
For those who are unable to participate in either the walk or bike patrol, we will still have the hustle and ballroom lessons inside of the Sacred Recreation center, during this time.
Our meeting will begin at 7 pm. We would love to see you there. We have invited other community leaders such as, our Honorable Mayor Mike Duggan, members from City Council, members from the Board of Police Commissioners, AmeriCorps Urban Safety Project, Rivertown Detroit Association, our local Block Club leaders and Clergy members.
