The Southern Pines Police Department Is Seeking Community Assistance Identifying Two Wanted Suspects.
The Southern Pines Police Department is seeking the assistance of the community identifying the two suspects depicted in the attached photographs.
On August 17, 2015, at approximately 9:30 pm, an armed robbery occurred at the Subway Restaurant located at 10205 Highway 15/501, Southern Pines, NC. The suspects in this incident entered the business through an unlocked rear door and were armed with knives. On August 21, 2015, at approximately 2:15 am, an armed robbery occurred at the Hickory Tavern located at 9735 Highway 15/501, Southern Pines, NC. The suspects in this incident were armed with handguns and approached the manager as he exited the rear of the restaurant.
Evidence to date has lead the investigating officers to determine that the robbery incidents at the Subway Restaurant and Hickory Tavern were committed by the same suspects.
