Princeton Man Arrested for DUI
Gibson County – At approximately 12:35 this morning, Trooper Ross Rafferty was patrolling in Princeton when he observed a blue Ford Mustang weaving in and out of its lane on Brumfield Street. The driver of the Ford Mustang was stopped at Brumfield Street and Third Avenue. A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected inside the vehicle. The driver identified himself with a Kentucky identification card as Alex Hernandez. During the traffic stop it was revealed the driver had never received a valid driver’s license. Further investigation revealed the driver used a fake identification card and his true identity is Jorge Tenorio Zabala, 36, of Princeton. Zabala was taken to the Gibson County Jail where further investigation revealed he had a blood alcohol content of .08%. He is currently being held for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
