Police activitiy in the area of Gorsuch Rd and N. Center St. 
The Carroll County Sheriff's Office is currently assisting Westminster Police in the search for a suspect involved in an incident that occurred within Westminster PD's jurisdiction. Due to the location of the incident, Winter's Mill High School and Cranberry Station Elementary were placed on lockdown. Please note: the schools are not involved, and are on lockdown as a precaution only.
