The Johnsburg Police Department is working in cooperation with the Fox Lake police and other authorities regarding the search for armed suspects in Fox Lake. In order to provide a safer environment in our community we have added extra patrol vehicles in town as well as assisting Fox Lake. At this time there is no information leading us to believe the suspects are headed to Johnsburg. However, as always be alert and call 911 should you observe any suspicious people. If the situation should change we will make notification to the resident’s.
