08/17/15 WTPD arrested Christian Roberts, age 52, of Blairstown NJ, for a $1,000.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Roberts was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
08/17/15 WTPD arrested Tanner Golovko, age 21, of Glen Gardner NJ, and Heather Sherman, age 22, of Washington NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/17/15 at approximately 12:17 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the first block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both Mr. Golovko and Ms. Sherman were processed, charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and released with a mandatory court date.
08/20/15 WTPD arrested Noreen Powers, age 58, of Washington NJ for disorderly conduct and harassment. On 08/20/15 at approximately 2:02 AM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the 20 block of Plane Hill Rd, in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Powers was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
08/19/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Reiner, age 48, of Oxford NJ for shoplifting and a local ordinance of disorderly conduct. On 08/19/15 at approximately 9:01 PM, patrol was dispatched to Mountain Valley Fine Wine and Liquors, on Rte. 31 N. in Oxford Township for a reported shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Mr. Reiner had taken merchandise from the store without paying. Mr. Reiner was charged with shoplifting and a local ordinance of disorderly conduct. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
08/19/15 WTPD arrested Robert Baron Jr., age 20, of Somerset NJ and Cyle Connor, age 20, of Lebanon, NJ. On 08/19/15 at approximately 12:16 PM, a Pedestrian Safety Patrol officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Allagar St. in Washington Borough for failure to wear seatbelts. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s diver, Mr. Connor, was in possession of a weapon (knife) and issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to wear a seatbelt. Mr. Baron charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and failure to wear a seatbelt. Both men were released with mandatory court dates.
08/19/15 WTPD arrested Kylys Nazario, age 21, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Pohatcong Township. On 08/19/15 at approximately 10:52 PM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the area of S. Wandling Ave and Ophelia St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that one of the subjects involved, Mr. Nazario, had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Nazario was processed and released with a new court date.
08/22/15 WTPD arrested Matthew Molinaro, age 38, of Staten Island NY, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 08/22/15 at approximately 1:30 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Molinaro being charged with possessing than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps and failure to maintain lanes. Mr. Molinaro was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
08/22/15 WTPD arrested David Simmons Jr., age 32, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $5350.00 out of Newark and Washington Borough. On 08/22/15 at approximately 9:13 PM, patrol observed Mr. Simmons who, was known to have outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough and Newark, walking on Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Simmons and confirmed the outstanding warrants. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with new court dates.
08/22/15 WTPD arrested Justin Eyet, age 27, of Washington NJ, for a $1100.00 outstanding warrant out of Wall Township NJ. On 08/22/15 at approximately 2:33 PM, a Pedestrian Safety Patrol officer observed Mr. Eyet fail to use a designated crosswalk. The officer made contact with Mr. Eyet, and further investigation revealed the outstanding warrant. Mr. Eyet was processed, issued a summons for failure to use a designated crosswalk and turned over to Wall Township PD.
08/23/15 WTPD arrested Daniel Burham, age 37, of Hampton NJ, for simple assault. Mr. Burham was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
08/23/15 WTPD arrested Steven Metzgar, age 31, of Easton Pa., for driving under the influence (DUI). On 08/23/15 at approximately 1:16 AM, officers were dispatched to Mine Hill Rd. in Oxford Township for the report of an erratic motor vehicle. Upon the officers arrival in the area, the vehicle was located and further investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Metzgar, was intoxicated. Mr. Metzgar charged with driving under the influence (DUI) his BAC was .20 %. He was processed and released with a court date.
08/23/15 WTPD arrested Christopher Hawley, age 43, of Washington NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. On 08/23/15 at approximately 10:38 PM, patrol observed Mr. Hawley, who was known to have outstanding warrants, walking in the first block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Hawley, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and released to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.
08/23/15 WTPD arrested Michael Davinci, age 29, of Oxford NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/23/15 at approximately 11:38 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Quick-Chek, on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a reported shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Mr. Davinci had taken merchandise from the store without paying. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended, and a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Davinci was released with a mandatory court date.
08/24/15 WTPD arrested Samantha Ford, age 28, of Washington NJ, for defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/24/15 at approximately 7:04 PM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance at the Hickory Hill Motel 276 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Ford was charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
08/25/15 WTPD arrested Marcos Cozze, age 52, Marcos Cozze Jr., age 29, both of Washington NJ, and William Bourke, age 55, of Medford NJ. On 08/25/15 at approximately 9:15 PM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance at a residence on Cemetery Hill Rd. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation resulted in the following arrests, Mr. Cozze arrested on a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Newark NJ. Mr. Bourke was arrested on a $2500.00 outstanding warrant out of Trenton NJ. Mr. Cozze Jr. was arrested and charged with possession of (CSD) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of dug paraphernalia. Both Mr. Cozze and Mr. Bourke were processed and released with new court dates. Mr. Cozze Jr. were processed and released with a mandatory court date.
08/26/15 WTPD arrested Steven Polgar, age 50, of Washington NJ, for a $189.00 outstanding warrant out of Hackettstown NJ. On 08/26/15 at approximately 7:17 AM, patrol was dispatched to a reported theft at a residence on Grand Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, one person at the residence, Mr. Polgar, was arrested for the $189.00 outstanding. Mr. Polgar was processed and released with a new court date.
