Wesley Windham, age 31, was arrested Thursday and charged with Distribution of Child Pornography.

The investigation originated out of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in Florida and was referred to the Enid Police Department. Windham moved from Florida to Enid earlier this year. Windham borrowed a cell phone from a friend in Florida and was supposed to return the cell phone when he purchased his own. Windham mailed the phone back to the rightful owner in July. The owner received the phone and located images of child pornography saved to the phone. Sgt. Dustin Albright picked up the investigation which resulted in Windham being arrested.

Windham is being held at the Garfield County Detention Facility and has a bond set at $1,000,000.
