08/27/15 WTPD arrested Rachel Wall, age 25, of Washington, NJ for driving under the influence (DUI). On 08/27/15 at approximately 6:15 PM, officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on S. Lincoln Ave and Cemetery Hill Rd. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, the driver of one of the motor vehicles, Ms. Wall, was arrested for (DUI). She was processed and had a BAC of .16%. Ms. Wall was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), careless driving, failure to keep right, making an improper turn and failure to produce documents. She was released with a mandatory court date. Washington Township Police were assisted at the scene by the Washington Township and Borough Fire Departments and the Washington Emergency Squad.

08/29/15 WTPD arrested Thomas Pandorf, age 27, David Simmons Jr., age 32, Tyler Thomas, age 21, and Michael Skuropacki, age 25, all of Washington, NJ. On 08/22/15 at approximately 2:15 AM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the first block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that a fight had occurred and a male victim was assaulted. Mr. Pandorf and Mr. Thomas were both charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Simmons was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Skurpacki was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. All parties were processed and released with mandatory court dates.

08/29/15 WTPD arrested Eric Dudkiewicz, age 24, of Norristown, Pa. and Jennifer Vence, age 23, of Washington NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and for a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours. On 08/29/15 at approximately 11:24 PM, patrol was conducting a property check of the Roaring Rock Park in Washington Township and located a suspicious vehicle occupied by Mr. Dudkiewicz and Ms. Vence. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Dudiewicz being charged with a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours, possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a motor vehicle summons for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. Ms. Vence was charged with a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours. Both were processed and released with a court dates.

08/30/15 WTPD arrested Carolyn McGovern, age 44 of Columbia, NJ for a $152.00 warrant out of Mt. Olive Township NJ. Ms. McGovern was processed and released after posting bail.

08/30/15 WTPD arrested Kimberly Chiverton, age 49, of Washington NJ for a local ordinance of dog at large. On 08/30/15 at approximately 7:30 AM, patrol was dispatched for a loose pit-bull to the area of Grand and Carlton Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival the dog was located and returned to the owner, Ms. Chiverton. She was processed, issued a local ordinance summons for dog at large and released with a mandatory court date.

08/31/15 WTPD arrested Benjamin Chadwick 3Rd, age 43, of Hackettstown, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Sussex County Sheriff’s Department. On 08/31/15 at approximately 7:46 PM, patrol responded to a call for service in the first block of Vannatta St. in Washington Borough. While on location the officer made contact with Mr. Chadwick, who was known to have an active warrant. The officer confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and released to the Sussex County Sheriff’s Department.

09/01/15 WTPD arrested Lee Zamorsky Jr., age 37, of Hampton, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Zamorsky was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

09/02/15 WTPD arrested Norman Benjamin, age 48, of Lake Hopatcong, NJ for a $557.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Benjamin was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

09/02/15 WTPD arrested Thomas Zurine, age 52, of Hackettstown, NJ for a $400.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Zurine was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

09/02/15 WTPD arrested Christopher Miller, age 56, of Belvidere, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 09/02/15 at approximately 1:31 PM, patrol was dispatched to a man lying on the grass at the Rite Aid Pharmacy, 354 Rte 57 W. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Miller became disruptive and was issued a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

09/03/15 WTPD arrested Eric Carter, age 22, of Washington, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Mansfield Township. On 09/03/15 at approximately 6:17 PM, patrol observed Mr. Carter, who was known to have an outstanding warrant out of Mansfield Township, walking on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Carter and confirmed the outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with new court date.

09/04/15 WTPD arrested Zakary Leeman, age 22, of Newton, NJ for disorderly conduct and criminal al mischief. On 09/04/15 at approximately 12:41 AM, patrol was dispatched to Oakwood Lanes, 234 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township for a reported disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Leeman had broken a window inside of the bowling alley after a beer was spilled on him while playing beer pong. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

09/04/15 WTPD arrested Sean Guzman, age 21, of Cloumbia, NJ for disorderly conduct and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 09/04/15 at approximately 12:41 AM, patrol was dispatched to Oakwood Lanes, 234 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township for a reported disturbance. Upon patrols arrival they located Mr. Guzman urinating at the edge of the parking lot. Mr. Guzman then went into the tree line in an attempt to hide from the officer. Mr. Guzman was quickly located by the officer and taken into custody without incident. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

09/04/15 WTPD arrested Able Manresa Jr., age 25, of Washington, NJ for outstanding criminal warrants out of Pohatcong Township. On 09/05/15 at approximately 9:34 AM, patrol observed Mr. Manresa, who was known to have outstanding warrants out of Pohatcong Township, at the Washington Borough Pocket Park on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Manresa and he was taken into custody without incident. Mr. Manresa was processed and turned over to the Pohatcong Township PD.

09/04/15 WTPD arrested Nicole Philhower, age 34 of Washington, NJ for a $600.00 warrant out of Phillipsburg NJ. Ms. Philhower was processed and released after posting bail.

09/04/14 WTPD arrested James Sives, age 23, of Phillipsburg, NJ for terroristic threats, obstruction of the administration of justice and disorderly conduct. On 09/04/15 at approximately 3:35PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for speeding on S. Lincoln Ave Washington Township. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, Mr. Sives, acted aggressively toward the officer before he locked himself inside of the car to obstruct the officer. Mr. Sives was subsequently arrested and charged with for terroristic threats, obstruction of the administration of justice and disorderly conduct. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding, reckless driving and unsafe tires. Mr. Sives was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $5000.00 bail.
