Police Exercise at Las Positas College; Sept. 12-13. 
During the weekend of Sept. 12-13th, there will be a 48hr. training exercise at Las Positas College. The event is called Urban Shield and brings local, national and international first responder teams. You may hear loud bangs or other unfamiliar noises.
