Drug Tip Leads to Investigation; Investigation Leads to Search Warrant; Search Warrant Leads to Felony Arrests
Bloomington – A tip yesterday to the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Team led ISP Troopers to 315 W Gordon Pike to investigate a complaint of illegal drugs in a residence. After the investigation, troopers secured a search warrant from the Monroe County Court, ultimately locating methamphetamine and paraphernalia inside.
ARRESTED – Michael L. Anderson, 42 of Bloomington.
CHARGES - Possession of Meth, Level 5 Felony
Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Level 6 Felony
Possession of Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor
Anderson was transported to the Monroe County Jail.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
