Tipton County – Yesterday, a criminal investigation by Indiana State Police Detective Josh Rozzi resulted in the arrest of Aaron Claxton, 32, 307 West College Street, Kempton, IN. Claxton was transported to the Tipton County Jail to face a class B felony charge for sexual misconduct with a minor.
Rozzi started an investigation after receiving information that Claxton had allegedly performed sex acts with a then 15-year-old boy. The investigation revealed that at some point between November 2013 and January 2014, Claxton allegedly committed sexual acts with a then 15-year-old Tipton County boy at Claxton’s Kempton residence.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
