Parolee at Large/Registered Sex Offender 
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robert Phillips.
Phillips is a registered sex offender and parolee at large. He has a previous conviction for child molestation. Phillips has numerous tattoos on his upper body and neck. He is transient and is known to frequent the downtown Bakersfield area and has ties to the San Bernardino and Riverside area.
If anyone has information on his whereabouts they are asked to call the Bakersfield parole office at 661-634-9620, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110, or Secret Witness at 661-322-4040.
