On Wednesday, September 9^th, Deputies from the Wasco Substation, Electronic Monitoring Program, and State Parole conducted Probation and Parole searches throughout the City of Wasco. During the course of the operation 20 arrests were made, one citation was issued, and two guns were seized.  The subjects who were arrested were charged with misdemeanors, felonies, and/or parole holds.  Several of the subjects also had outstanding misdemeanor and/or felony warrants.  The following subjects were arrested during the operation and booked into the Central Receiving Facility: 

Mindy Moreno (27) Possession of Narcotics and Under the Influence of a controlled substance 

Jose Rocha (26) Driving without a License 

Michael Gonzalez (25) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance

Sarah Gonzalez (29) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance 

Thomas Dooley (56) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant 

Monica Vasquez (24) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance 

Ruben Lopez (23) Felon in Possession of a Firearm (x2), Felon in Possession of Ammunition, Possession of Marijuana, and a Parole Hold 

Isaac Sanchez (48) Resist/Delay Arrest 

Veronica Naranjo (39) Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia, and a Parole Hold 

Juan Gurrola (24) Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance 

Victor Arredando (30) Resist/Delay Arrest, an Outstanding Felony Warrant, and a Parole Hold

Xavier Arrias (23) Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia, and an Outstanding Felony Warrant
