09/05/15 WTPD arrested Kevin Kurtzo, age 23, of Easton, Pa. for driving under the influence (DUI). On 09/05/15 at approximately 1:43 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop of Rte. 57 W. in Washington Borough. The investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Kurtzo was intoxicated. Mr. Kurtzo was processed and charged with failure to maintain lanes, careless driving, reckless driving and driving under the influence (DUI). his BAC was .22%. Mr. Kurtzo was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

09/05/15 WTPD arrested Xavier Hayden, age 46, of Washington, NJ for disorderly conduct, harassment, terroristic threats, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and impersonating a law enforcement officer. On 09/05/15 at approximately 7:21 AM, patrol was dispatched to a report of a man threatening someone with a baseball bat at the Washington Garden Apartments in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Hayden had started an argument with a neighbor outside of his apartment building. Mr. Hayden told that neighbor that he was a police officer and approached the man while swinging a baseball bat. Mr. Hayden was arrested without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 bail.

09/06/15 WTPD arrested Eric Royhall, age 19, of Blandon, Pa. for driving under the influence (DUI). On 09/06/15 at approximately 1:48 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop of Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough. The investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Royhall was intoxicated. Mr. Royhall was processed and charged with speeding, careless driving, failure to wear a seatbelt, failure to produce documents and driving under the influence (DUI). His BAC was .11%. Mr. Royhall was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

09/07/15 WTPD arrested Aldo Casto, age 27, of Washington, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding out of Middlesex Boro NJ. On 09/07/15 at approximately 1:11 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop of Rte. 57 W. in Washington Borough for an expired registration. The investigation revealed that Mr. Castro had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Castro was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for an unregistered motor vehicle and released with a new court date.

09/08/15 WTPD arrested Elijah Vandermark, age 51, of Dingman’s Ferry, Pa. for a $120.00 outstanding out of Wanaque Township, NJ. On 09/08/15 at approximately 9:11 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop of Rte. 31 N. in Washington Borough for a vehicle delaying traffic. The investigation revealed that Mr. Vandermark had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Vandermark was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for delaying traffic and released with a new court date.
