Narrative:
On September 14th 2015, at approximately 5:30 PM, sheriff deputies assigned to the Moorpark Station responded to the Rite Aid located at 3921 Spring Road in the City of Moorpark reference an attempted robbery.

The suspect entered the store and selected an item of merchandise prior to approaching the register. Once at the register, the suspect showed the cashier a message on his cellphone demanding money. The suspect then displayed and activated a “Taser” type device causing it to cycle through its drive stun mode. The suspect was described as a White male 30 to 40 years old. The suspect was approximately 5’7” tall and with a slender build. The suspect was wearing a Dodger baseball hat and a white polo shirt with a black logo.
Out of fear, the cashier ran away from the suspect and over to co-workers. The suspect left the business only taking the original item he brought to the register. The suspect entered an awaiting vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect was associated to a white full size pick-up truck. A search of the area was completed and the suspect was not located. The cashier was not injured during the incident.
The public is reminded to remain vigilant and report any suspicious people, vehicles, circumstances in your neighborhoods or surrounding local businesses.

• W/M
• 30-40 years old
• 5’7” / slender build
• Blue Dodger baseball hat
• White polo shirt with what appears to be a black logo on the chest area

POSSIBLE VEHICLE:
• White, full size pick-up
