South Shore gate malfunction, signals are not operating, trains are using flagmen to pass thru the crossing 
The South Shore Railroad crossing signals at HIllcrest and US 12 and are not functioning due to a possible lightning strike. NICTD Crews are on scene attempting to repair. Trains are using flagmen to cross the intersection, use caution, do not stop on tracks while waiting to leave Town. US 20 and Hillcrest signal is on Red 4 way flash.
